Bryce Pringle.
Bryce claims to have left public accounting and business management to help found CCI in order to find a job that doesn't require a tie. We think Bryce's greatest strength is his ability to look at things from the client's perspective. (Plus, in keeping with our high EEO standards, he fulfills our need for a Kansas native on staff.)
|
 |
Brad Hartman.
Brad hails from Minnesota originally and left the field of broadcasting to begin CCI. We like the promotional and marketing ideas he brings our clients. (Brad has become an expert on the backroad diners in Nebraska while installing Internet services the last few years.)
|
 |
Mike Elliott.
Mike is our technical guru with extensive knowledge in networking, routers, programming and other things we can't pronounce. (Several companies competed for his lucrative cellular phone contract.)
|
 |
Andy
Dinges. Andy
is our Director of Subscriber Support Services. It's his
job to work with our support staff and help them help the
subscribers. It also means he needs to know how to
network an Apple IIe to a Windows 3.1 machine. |
 |
Chris
Shelton.
Chris works in our Subscriber Support department.
He also works as a youth counselor at a juvenile detention
center so he fears no one at CCI. Chris and his family
live in Shenandoah, Iowa. |
 |
Melissa Delehant.
Melissa is another of the friendly voices heard at our Subscriber Support
desk. Even though she lives only 50 yards from the
office, she complains about the commute to work. |
 |
Fran
Phillips. Fran
is the steady "rock"
of the Help Desk. She's always there and ready to
help. Plus, she sends the prettiest emails you'd ever
hope to see. |
 |
Brian
Shenkle Brian is our most
recent addition and has been quick to pick up the "Help
Desk" savvy and has received many compliments on his
ability to help subscribers. Brian's nickname is "Too
Tall" as he towers over most of the rest of us! Too
bad we're not in the basketball business. |
 |
Karen Chuplis.
Karen is a member of our Subscriber Support Services Team. Her customer service skills help our subscribers get over the jitters of initially getting online. (Karen tells us she is fascinated by Hemingway and Star Trek and that bats seem unusually attracted to her.)
|
 |
Tim
Dinges. The
story goes that Tim is the twin brother of Andy (see
above). It has come clear, however, that they are
actually clones and nearly interchangeable in every
way. |
 |
Jake
Dunda. Jake
recently joined our Help Desk staff on a part-time
basis while he finishes school in northern Minnesota (by this
we mean NORTH of Duluth!). He's an avid snowboarder
(dude!) which is possible almost year-around near his home
overlooking Lake Superior. |
 |
Brett Doehr.
Brett doesn't work for us anymore and the email link here won't work for him,
but we always liked Brett and hope he comes back
someday.
|
 |
Robert Hartman.
Bob manages our system classified ads from his home near Minneapolis. He's a retired school teacher (which uniquely qualifies him for a position with such low pay.)
