Community Connections Inc. ® was started in 1995 by Bryce Pringle and Brad Hartman, who remain owners and actively involved in day-to-day operations. Headquartered in Shenandoah, Iowa a small community in the Southwest corner of the state, CCI serves primarily independent telephone companies in Iowa and Nebraska.  CCI provides a full range of consulting services to assist it's customers in operating profitable ISP operations.  Typically we provide:

  - Server and network equipment installation, testing and ongoing support
  - 24 X 7 Network monitoring and troubleshooting
  - 24 X 7 Help Desk technical support for telco customers

CCI has focused on providing “high touch” service to its clients and prides itself on achieving a delicate balance between staying “state of the art” without getting lost in the technology.  We are in touch almost daily with all of our customers and we work hard to keep it that way!
